Since the first 1460 boot rolled off the production line 60 years ago, the core markings on our footwear haven’t changed. But over time, our yellow welt stitch and heel loop have become a symbol of nonconformist attitude. To celebrate our 60th anniversary, we’ve created a new collection that pays tribute to our core DNA — by cranking it up to the max. This 1460 boot is kitted out with not one, but two yellow stitches through the welt, and built from Smooth Slice, a raw-edged leather with yellow backing. Tagged with two of our scripted heel loops, the boots are welted on a smoke DMS sole.

  • Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch

Care Instructions

Wipe away dirt using a damp cloth. Apply a neutral or correct colored wax based shoe polish. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired.

Construction

Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort.

Delivery takes place via courier; this means that we can only deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery to a main center takes 2-4 working days

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 2-5 working days

We offer free returns and exchanges on full priced items.
