Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, we will pass a full credit within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and with a valid invoice.

After the standard 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts and bonus items that came with the product.

If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

We offer Free returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase for items over R999.

Please note Sale items do not qualify for refunds only exchanges and store credit as they are final sale items.

Due to hygienic reasons socks may not be returned or exchanged unless there is some fault of material or a manufacturing defect.

If a second return/exchange is requested on the same order, the customer is liable for the courier costs.

We offer free returns or replacement on any item with a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Kindly note that all online purchases can only be exchanged/returned with our online store and cannot be exchanged/returned to the physical stores.

Where there has been communication from us regarding a sold out order/item and there has been no response from you within 7 days of first communication then we will refund the sold out order/item via the payment method you used to place the order.

Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and undamaged. If the packaging has been damaged due to negligence, R100 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of replacing the items packaging.

Please fill in the form below within 10 days of receiving your order to avoid any courier costs on regular priced items. If you contact us after the 10 day period of receiving your order to either return for refund or exchange then there will be a courier fee charged:

Return for refund  - R100 for collection

Exchange – R200 for collection and delivery
